We want you to be completely satisfied with your Novastile purchase. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with their original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

• We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items in original condition.
• You're responsible for the return label / return shipping — there is no percentage restocking fee.
• Apparel must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
• Start any return or exchange within 30 days of delivery by contacting support with your order number.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our support team with your order numberand the items you'd like to return or exchange.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and email you the return instructions, including the address to ship your items back to.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your exchange, store credit, or refund and send you a confirmation email.
